Return Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies exclusively to contracts with business customers as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). There is no statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Defects and Incorrect Deliveries

In the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the statutory warranty rights apply.
Visible defects must be inspected immediately upon delivery of the goods. If a defect is found, it must be reported immediately in writing (e.g., by email) (Section 377(1) of the German Commercial Code (HGB)).
Non-apparent (hidden) defects must be reported in writing immediately upon their discovery (Section 377(3) of the German Commercial Code (HGB)).
Transport damage must be reported directly to the delivery agent and additionally reported to us in writing without delay.

3. Return of Non-Defective Goods (Voluntary Goodwill Policy)

The return of goods delivered in accordance with the contract and free of defects is accepted solely on a voluntary basis and without acknowledgment of any legal obligation.

Return period:
A return can only be considered if it is requested in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Approval required:
Returns are only permitted with our prior written consent (RMA/approval). Returns sent freight collect or without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return method:
Returns must be sent via parcel service to the return address provided by us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the costs and risk associated with the return.

5. Restocking / Processing Fee

As a condition of the voluntary goodwill return, a flat-rate processing fee of 15% of the merchandise value (with a minimum of €25) will be charged for inspection and restocking. The specific amount of the fee will be communicated in a binding manner upon RMA approval and deducted from the credit note to be issued.
The buyer is expressly permitted to provide evidence that no processing costs were actually incurred or that the costs were lower.

6. Credit Note / Refund

Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of a credit note. The credit note will be issued within 7–10 business days after receipt of the goods and successful inspection. Cash payments are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.
