Return policy

General information on returning goods

Our offer is directed exclusively at companies (B2B customers) within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal as in consumer business.
Goods can only be returned under certain conditions.

Returning defective goods

If a delivered item has a material defect or a defect of title, the statutory warranty provisions and our General Terms and Conditions apply.

Please note:

The goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt (in accordance with § 377 HGB).
Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery.
Hidden defects must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.

In the event of a justified complaint, we shall, at our discretion, remedy the defect by:

repair or
replacement delivery

If the remedy fails, the customer may:

demand a reduction in the purchase price or
withdraw from the contract, provided that the defect is not minor.

Returns without defects

Goods may only be returned without defects if the following conditions are met:

Returns may only be made with the prior written consent of Pressluft Klefinghaus GmbH.
The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
The goods must be in perfect condition.

After inspection of the goods, a credit note will be issued:

at the original purchase price
minus a processing fee of 15%

This fee covers the costs of:

incoming goods inspection
storage
commercial processing

The customer reserves the right to prove that lower costs were incurred.

Return procedure

Please contact us in writing before returning any goods.
You will receive approval for the return and, if necessary, further instructions for shipping.
After receipt and inspection of the goods, a credit note will be issued in accordance with the above conditions.
