Return Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies exclusively to contracts with business customers as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). There is no statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Defects and Incorrect Deliveries

In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, the statutory warranty rights apply.
Obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Damage incurred during transport must be reported directly to the delivery company and additionally to us.

3. Return of Non-Defective Goods (Voluntary Goodwill Policy)

The return of goods delivered in accordance with the contract and free of defects is accepted exclusively on a voluntary basis and without acknowledgment of any legal obligation.

Return Period:
Returns will only be accepted if a written request is submitted to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Authorization Required:
Returns are only permitted with our prior written approval (RMA/authorization).
Returns sent freight collect or without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return method:
Returns must be sent via parcel service to the return address provided by us.

Requirements:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The item must be in resalable condition
• No custom modifications

Excluded Items:
The following items, in particular, are excluded from return:

• Custom-made items
• Custom-configured products
• Items that have already been installed, used, or damaged

4. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the costs and risk associated with returning the merchandise.

5. Restocking / Processing Fee

We reserve the right to charge a flat processing fee of 15% of the merchandise value for inspection and restocking.

6. Credit Note / Refund

Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of a credit note.
The credit note will be issued within 7–10 business days after receipt of the goods and successful inspection.
Cash refunds are not permitted unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Reservation

We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in individual cases, particularly if the above conditions are not met.
